After spending nearly the last decade in-tech, I am now not just a software engineer but a businesswoman, a mentor and a mom.

I now in the fortunate position where I am able to help passionate go-getters achieve their dream life with Tech.

However it wasn't always like this.

After graduating from a law degree I would spend hours slaving away at an unfulfilling role, getting paid very minimal for it....

Then something changed.

A friend of mine, working in tech, shared how he was earning over £20,000 a month — working remotely, building exciting software, and living life on his own terms.

I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It wasn’t just the money — it was the freedom, the flexibility, and the fulfilment.

That conversation lit a fire in me. I dove into coding, started teaching myself, and eventually found a mentor who helped me focus, build projects, and gain real experience.

It wasn’t always easy — I had no tech background, and I doubted myself more times than I can count.

But step by step, I pushed through.

Eventually, I landed my first software engineering role.

It wasn’t glamorous, but it was the start of everything.

From there, I grew fast — moving into backend development, specialising in Golang, and working on complex systems that I once thought were beyond my reach.

Today, I work as a senior software engineer, earning a six-figure income and doing what I love every single day.
